Dolmathes with Greek Salad
Another dish has its origins from the Levant area (eastern Mediterranean – western Asia), with the true orign always debated and disputed. But whether Armenian, Greek, Ottoman, Arabic or Middle-Eastern, this dish is now eatern in many different countries, all with their own unique twist. This version will be a vegetarian variant, using edible preserved vine leaves.
The dishes celebrate the diverse cultural influences on our food today. Pick up an info sheet on the day about the origins of the ingredients and the dishes.
