Kay is a Strategic Environmental Planner by background and has worked on a number of high profile place transformation projects. Her work has a strong focus on the interface of spatial research, policy and practice, particularly looking at place and health links.

Kay has also led two local green space community projects (Crofton Park Railway Garden and The Ringway Woodland), transforming these previous underused spaces into open spaces for all to enjoy.

As a Chartered Geographer, and with a love for gardening and exploring the outdoors, Kay is passionate about fostering a curiosity for the natural world and geography, and leads on creating engaging activities to inspire young minds through hands-on nature-based learning experiences.

Kay leads our conservation and green space project development work, including fundraising, project planning, management and delivery.
