An egg-tastic day, exploring the Ringway Woodland (Cox’s Wood), while following the clues to claim a chocolaty prize!
Big thank you to Barry O’Donovan for joining us for story telling around Camp Nesbit at the end.
Today we celebrated National Tree Week by planting new trees at the Ringway Woodland, and learnt all about different tree seeds!

Author Nan Eshelby joined us to read from her book ‘Puddock’s Pond’. Later we explored the wildlife in the pond.

This spring, we took part in Plant and Share month, getting together to sow, grow, share plants, and learn about healthy food, thanks to support from Food for Life Get Togethers. We learnt about propagating herbs, different types of tomatoes, tried edible flowers, and grew our own micro-greens. It was yum!
