27th July – All About the Hedgehogs

We will learn all about hedgehogs, their habitats, shelter and foraging habits, how they are endangered and what we can do to help. We hope to also meet some rescue hedghogs. We will then use clay hand-building techniques to create a ceramic hedgehog sculpture.

Please note, this session is for kids only. We recommend ages 7 years upwards, however 6 year olds can attend if they are generally happy staying and doing structured activities without parents. There are general nature-based activities, including working with clay that children of all ages can be involved in, interpreting them in their own way.
